From the moment the dishes arrived, it was clear that the food here is prepared with great care and flavor. The Indonesian curry prawn was rich, aromatic, and packed with bold spices that paired perfectly with rice. Another standout was the crispy pork knuckle, beautifully roasted with a crunchy skin and tender, flavorful meat inside. Their two-style Kailan was also impressive. The vegetables were fresh, well-cooked, and nicely balanced with different textures, making it a great complement to the heavier dishes. The restaurant itself has a pleasant and comfortable environment, making it a nice place to enjoy a meal with family or friends. Service was warm and welcoming, especially from the friendly lady boss who made the dining experience even more enjoyable. Prices are also quite affordable considering the quality of the food. They even offer live Soon Hock fish and live mud crab for those looking for something more premium. Overall, it’s a satisfying dining experience and definitely a place worth visiting again when in Melaka."

"Atmosphere wasn’t great. The restaurant lights were pretty dim, making you wanting to sleep. But this is a place where locals come. Service was good but waiting time was quite long. We waited for close to 45 minutes for the food to arrive. Thankfully, the food didn’t disappoint. The nestum salted egg crab was incredible. Same goes to the Lemak prawns and vegetables. Steamed fish was on average, so don’t waste your tummy for that :)"
